UPDATE #3 !!!!

okay i got some shiz to talk about and i got some school work to do so I am going to just dump my brain into a news post for everything you might like to hear about that's been happening the past months and what MIGHT be happening in the future !

Pico.EXE

LOL WTF is this dumb shit game??? Was probably the reaction of every infant that played my game but let me explain myself !! I was in the NGP Discord Server when it had gotten hacked by some dumb russian assholes or somethin !

New servers were made for all the users to talk while the server was getting sorted out, a throwaway comment about a Creepypasta Collab turned into a REAL THING ! Somehow I became a host, where I would spend the next month constantly checking the submissions of movies, audio and of course artworks !

It was super fun and there were so much amazing shiz that came out of it. I had felt like i needed to submit something and since nobody seemed to be making a game I took it into my grubby little hands to make one !! Its just a funny little parody of those EXE games you see on gamejolt. It was the first time I got others to help, luckil they were very cool and cooperative. Go support the lovely Icy64, lyaturni and BracedYeti (they don't got a NG YET !!!) who provided some amazing artwork !

The game was super simple but ate up a surprisingly large amount of my time so if you were wondering what i have been doing its been that lol. While I am at it I just wanted to thank all the babes on that collab, squide, Dryest, rebeccadoodles, TechnoCookie helped make this shiz possible and i can't thank them enough for there dedication to the entire project. Hope yall doin fine :)

Go support those legends, and while your at it go check out some of the submissions that tickled my fancy !! They are really funny and I love them and they need/deserve every 5 star review you got !!

Medals

If you have checked out PICO.EXE or even SR PELO ABUSE you might see that we finally have FUCKING MEDALS !

its been something I have finally implemented, thanks to the rad freaks on the NG API server I have added dumb ass medals for everything !! Anything that comes out now will just have medals on its first submission since i know how to do it now hehe. So if you want to rep the cool shiz medals go play them !!!

(oh and if you want those secret medals input the words 'pork' or 'gray')

NEW STUFF

I am a super slow fucker, slowly and steadily been working on stuff, no real excuse for it lol just haven't been doing it consistently which is really my fault. Its hard to say if anything will come out for PICO Day even tho its so far away but either way I should pump something out SOON, its a real busy semester and I am not a very organised person so it has been a struggle !!!! I will leave it there before I promise some dumbshit

If you haven't heard, @TheNewgroundsPodcast discord server was sadly hacked!

In response, shelter servers for it were made, where tons of newgrounders met up with each other and talked!

And within one were a bunch of freaks which brainstormed the idea of a Creepypasta Collab. Another hour later and...

HELLO!! I am back from the DEAD, and I AM STILL TRYING TO PUMP STUFF OUT!!! Even though nothing has directly been pumped out I have been finicking with a bunch of ideas and new people!! Which i will show!!! So lets start with something really important!!

WHY HAVENT I PUT OUT ANYTHING YET!!1

Where Is THIS COOL SHIT?!?

I do feel bad for not putting out stuff, even if it isn't anything serious I always want to be contributing to NG. Thing is, the program i use, Gamemaker2, can't export HTML without a certain version that must be got with fat stacks of cash (which i don't really have). SrPelo Abuse only is here because a cool dude called @Chdonga (go follow him!) was willing to export my dumb shitpost!! And i don't want to constantly harrass this dude to export all my stuff! I don't want to waste this dudes time and also it seems to fuck with API stuff which allows you to have medals (this is why medals are STILL not a thing). So once i get some consistent income (minimum wage job!!) i will go treat myself and go buy gamemaker2 for myself!

What IS the cool shit?!?

So been working on a funny little game, where you play as a DUCK!! That kills other DUCKS!! I've been slowly and steadily working on it over the holidays, and while its not how i exactly want it. I am still happy with how it plays and feels! If i really want to be cool about it, I may get a little artwork or music done for it but honestly as long as i think its fun I will shit it out lololol. I'll leave it to that before I accidently reveal the entirety of this game!

PLUS!! a little game which is themed around a certain NG icon! Which i don't know if i will be able to finish on time but it is happening! Even if i don't meet the deadline i will still be working on it! I really enjoy and am motivated by this idea! I won't say much... But it does include bombs!

Who ELSE is making COOL SHIT?

YESS!!! THERE ARE SOME COOL PEOPLE WHO LET ME BE IN THERE PROJECT!!! WHEN ITS OUT I WILL MAKE ANOTHER UPDATE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY ARE COOL AND I AM IN IT FOR A SPLIT SECOND!! I DONT WANT TO REVEAL IT SINCE THEY ARE KEEPING IT A SECRET FROM SOMEBODY. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!

Conclusion

Despite not doing too much directly on NG! I have been lurking around the community talking in discord and twitter spaces and plotting! Enjoying the company and stuff. Funny to see i have 38 fans from one little dinky game and a few discord calls LOL! School will be a big focus but i will always have NG in the back of my head! I appreciate everybody who is here, i'm excited to see what comes from everybody in the year of our lord 2022! AND GO OUT THERE AND MAKE SOME GOOD SHIT AND MAKE 2022 YOUR YEAR!

Update #1

WOW! Newgrounds has been a wild ride for the past few months. Even though I have less then 20 fans (and less will probably see this) I have been having such a nice time in the NG community, new people, new creators. Its been a blast, yet at this point I've merely just dipped my toes into the world of newgrounds cause of school. Even though I'm not very good at creating and shiz I am still constantly having stuff still cooking in the oven, and that's what these updates are for. Talk about what I've been doing, what NG has been doing and whats been happening in RL etc. etc. So lets get to the chit chat.

Sr Pelo Abuse

Sr Pelo Abuse released a few months ago, and its been really exciting to see the little attention its getting! We are so close to getting 1k views I may as well celebrate now! So.... THANK YOU! Medals will be something added later on

when I get the time and the smarts to actually do that, and maybe I'll fix the audio (lower the volume). Whatever happens i thank you all

New Stuff + Scrapped Ideas

I am not a good programmer, so when creating stuff I want to assure I am learning and understanding the stuff I am creating. So I have been taking my time but that doesn't mean I haven't been doing anything!! I would like to think I can pump something out by the end of this year but being blunt I am not sure... At the very least I will pump out something, a game? not sureee. Scrapped ideas and stuff aren't necessarily going to never turn into a fully realised product, but this stuff is definitely not going to be a priority. The only dumb scrapped idea to come out of my mind was a simple Jeff Bezos game, it was fun but a lot of that code was stuff done by a smarter guy that I just implemented and toyed with, I also wasn't very motivated with it but for what it is, it was funny and kinda fun, but not a game. It was essentially just a simulator, it consisted of killing the wife of Jeff Bezos, it had a menu, guns. But Project Jeff was, at the end of the day, a learning tool for me. I might come back to it but its pretty unlikely
